- Guests must be 21 or over.

- Guests must have their Boater's License.

- We ask that you have experience and are comfortable operating a boat.

- Boats are limited to a capacity of 12 people.

- You are responsible for any damages during the rental period.

- Full day rentals are welcome to go out any time after 8am, but must be back 30 minutes before we close.
(5:00pm on weekdays, 6:00pm on weekends)

- Half day rentals follow the same policy, but time is limited to 
5 hours in the morning or 5 hours in the afternoon.

- We do not allow half day rentals on weekends.
(Fri-Sun)

- If guests are renting for multiple days, they are allowed to stay out past our closing time, excluding their last rental day
(We ask that you park the boat in its designated slip, if comfortable, or secured to the side of the gas dock)

- After rental period is over, park the boat at our gas dock.
(We do a final fill of gas before checking you out)

- Renters are welcome to start a tab with us and close it out at the end of their rental period

- We do not rent jet skis, tubes, mats, floats, etc.
